Refund Policy
If MTCX chooses to cancel the race due to smoke, health risks, or other circumstances, you will have the option for a refund or deferment to 2023.
No refunds for individual cancellations; transfers are permitted.
Covid-19:
MTCX takes the risks of Covid-19 seriously, and the health and safety of our riders and the Missoula community is our priority. We will be monitoring the local and national guidelines set by the health department to guide us in our choices regarding Covid-19 and the Garden City Gravel Series.
Smoke:
Missoula can have smoky summers, whether or not there are active local fires. The topography of the area leads to settling of smoke in the valleys, which can be challenging to predict. MTCX follows the air quality index here: https://www.airnow.gov.
We will update our policy on cancellation or deferment options due to smoke closer to the date of the races.
